Students at our East Riding campus enjoyed a fantastic session with Kelly, who joined us to talk about careers in the Early Years sector as part of this week’s activities.

During the session, students explored the wide range of opportunities within early years and discussed how imagination, creativity and storytelling play an important role in supporting young children’s development. They also took part in a hands-on activity, designing their own story spoons to help encourage children’s creativity and love of stories.

“I enjoyed creating a story spoon which was about helping children use their imagination and minds.” – Molly
“I enjoyed the teamwork and reading stories.” – Luke

A big thank you to Kelly for sharing her experience and inspiring our students to think about future opportunities in early years.
