We’re delighted to welcome our new interns, who have spent two days at Linkage over the summer getting to know each other, meeting the team and having plenty of fun along the way!
From playing games and baking to putting tents together, every activity has been a great opportunity to develop valuable workplace skills, including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, organisation, time management, perseverance, listening, adaptability and confidence.
And we have some exciting news to share!
From September, Linkage will become the education provider for Project SEARCH with North East Lincolnshire Council and Humberside Police. This new programme will run alongside our existing Project SEARCH programme with the NHS at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital.
A huge welcome to:
- Evan, Cohen and Charlie, who will be joining our NHS programme.
- Daniel, Riley and Callum, who will be taking part in our new North East Lincolnshire Council and Humberside Police programme.
We’re so excited to see what this new cohort will achieve. The year ahead will be filled with opportunities, learning, growth, new experiences and the chance to build valuable skills for the workplace.
