As part of National Careers Week in Retail, we had the opportunity to hear from a Store Manager and Assistant Manager from a Spar shop who spoke about their careers in the retail industry.
They shared their experiences of working in retail, how they started their careers, and the steps they took to progress into management roles. It was really interesting to learn about the different opportunities available within retail, and the skills that help you succeed in the industry.
