This week, Rebecca attended the gym for the very first time with her 1:1 and took part in her induction. She did brilliantly, listening carefully and learning about the equipment and activities she could access.
Rebecca is already keen to go back and have another go at using the machines – what a fantastic start to her new gym journey!
