As we have reached the end of the Project SEARCH programme 2025-2026, we would like to extend a huge thank you to our host business, NHS Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, and to all of the managers, mentors, and colleagues who have supported our interns throughout their Supported Internship journey.
This year has been an incredible success, and it simply would not have been possible without your dedication, encouragement, patience, and belief in our young people. Thank you for providing valuable workplace experiences, helping interns develop new skills, grow in confidence, and prepare for the world of work.
A special thank you also goes to the Linkage team for their unwavering support through thick and thin. Your commitment, guidance, and hard work have made a real difference to every intern’s journey.

Supported Internships through Linkage provide young people with SEND the opportunity to learn in the workplace, develop skills that employers value, and move closer to sustainable paid employment and greater independence.
