Matthew has been working hard to retain his title of Top Chef at The Palms!
Today, he prepared a delicious omelette ready to be baked later, showing off his growing kitchen skills by chopping vegetables and ham, grating cheese, and carefully mixing the eggs and milk. Matthew tackled each step with confidence and determination, and his hard work has really paid off.
He is incredibly proud of what he has achieved, and it’s wonderful to see how happy and confident he is with the progress he continues to make.
