After enjoying six weeks off for the summer holidays, we’re delighted to see Luke back at his work experience!
And what better way to return than by learning how to make some proper homemade sausage rolls from scratch!
A huge thank you to ‘Holls Kitchen’ and the team for giving Luke the opportunity to get stuck in, learn new skills and build his confidence in the workplace.
From preparing the ingredients to making the pork, apple and stuffing sausage rolls, Luke absolutely smashed it!
We couldn’t be prouder of you, Luke! It’s fantastic to see you developing new skills, having a go and showing everyone what you can do.
