Another fantastic wildlife adventure!
Emma S, Emily, Sarah and Emma F from enjoyed a brilliant day out at Watatunga Wildlife Reserve, where they explored the reserve in golf buggies, travelling in convoy behind one of the keepers.
Along the way, they spotted a variety of beautiful deer and bird species, with some requiring a keen eye to spot amongst the woodland. Everyone loved riding in the golf buggies, and there were plenty of smiles and laughter throughout the trip!
The keeper regularly stopped the convoy to share fascinating facts over the walkie-talkie about the animals, including where they are native to and their natural behaviours. The ladies listened with great interest and enjoyed learning more about the wildlife.
The highlight of the day came when a curious crane decided to chase the golf buggies! Emma S and Emma F, who were riding on the back, couldn’t stop laughing as they watched the “crazy chicken” following everyone around.
Before heading home, the group stopped off for tea and enjoyed a delicious pub meal together.
A wonderful day full of fun, laughter, learning and lasting memories!
