This year’s Manager of the Year Award goes to Tom Roberts (Deputy Facilities Service Manager) as voted for by our Project SEARCH interns.
Tom has gone above and beyond throughout the year, consistently giving his time, energy and support to this programme. Whether attending events, helping with recruitment, supporting applications, or assisting with interviews, Tom has always stepped forward—often before being asked.
His passion for Project SEARCH and his commitment to helping young people achieve their potential have shone through in everything he has done. He has been one of the programme’s biggest advocates, championing opportunities for our interns and helping to create positive futures for so many young people.
Tom, thank you for your unwavering support, enthusiasm and dedication. This award is incredibly well deserved, and we are truly grateful for everything you have done for Project SEARCH this year.
