At the request of the people we support, this week’s Keal View tea party was enjoyed outside in the sunshine – the perfect way to spend a relaxing afternoon together.
Everyone enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea of scones with jam and cream, savoury nibbles and lemon cheesecake. There was plenty of conversation, laughter and time spent socialising with one another.
Jack said it had been the “best weekend”, with a BBQ, water fight and now the tea party! Kate said she had enjoyed lots of fun over the weekend, especially all the games, and that she always looks forward to the tea parties and helping to prepare the food. Dan said his weekend had been “very funny” and that he had laughed lots, adding that he enjoys the tea parties because they are fun and something he looks forward to.
It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying each other’s company, sharing stories and making the most of the sunshine together.
