A student from our Weelsby Campus has taken an exciting step forward, beginning her first external work placement at Cottagers Plot Equestrian Centre.
On her first day, she enjoyed grooming the horses and said:
“I groomed the horses today and it felt like I was bonding with them.”
Over the past academic year, she has worked hard to build her confidence and prepare for a placement outside of the college grounds.
She has a natural gift for caring for animals, which she has developed further through her Small Animal Care course at Weelsby Campus.
