Throughout the programme, Keenan has shown incredible determination, resilience, and personal growth. He has developed his confidence, independence, communication skills, and professionalism, embracing every opportunity and challenge along the way.
His success is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when young people are given the right opportunities, encouragement, and support. It also highlights the power of partnership, with employers, educators, families, mentors, and support staff all working together to help individuals reach their full potential.
