A new NHS role for Kaycee

Big celebrations for the Project SEARCH team!

We are delighted to share the amazing news that Kaycee was successful in her interview with the NHS for a Healthcare Support Assistant role!

In her new position, Kaycee will be supporting patients with hydration, nutrition and mobility, alongside working with the domestic teams to help maintain wards and departments to the highest standards.

During half term, the Project SEARCH team came together to celebrate her fantastic achievement with a meal together.

Managers shared that Kaycee scored incredibly highly during her interview, making this success very well deserved. Since joining the DFN Project SEARCH programme, Kaycee has shown an exemplary attitude and outstanding work ethic throughout.
