Discovery Suite: Interactive Learning in Action
Our Discovery Suite provides an engaging, student-led learning environment where pupils work towards their individual EHCP targets through interactive, sensory and digital experiences.
Sessions take place as 20-minute 1:1 sessions, allowing each student to learn at their own pace while building confidence, independence and engagement. Using symbol-supported choices, pupils can help guide their learning and explore activities tailored to their needs.
The suite includes a range of exciting tools such as interactive floor projections, Numicon, phonics and communication software, and problem-solving games. These activities help develop key skills in:
- English – communication and comprehension
- Maths – sequencing and number skills
- Digital Learning – interactive and immersive experiences
The Discovery Suite supports the four key areas of need:

- Sensory and Physical Development
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health
Through multi-sensory learning and technology, students are supported to explore, engage and develop independence in a fun and meaningful way.
