William Grant – Heritage Open Day Video Series
For Day 3, we meet William Grant, a man whose life took him from humble beginnings to becoming a highly successful trawler owner.
Like George Sleight, William Grant rose from humble beginnings. Whilst George gathered cockles on Cleethorpes beach, William went to sea and was a skipper by the age of 19, later working for George.
Join William as he looks back on his life following a near-death experience.
