Congratulations to Chelsey Teesdale, Skills for Work & Life Leader at Choices Toynton, on receiving two certificates recognising her outstanding dedication to improving the lives of the people we support.
Chelsey was nominated by Alana Jones and colleagues from the Learning Disability Hub for the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s Every Voice People Awards.
She was recognised as a nominee in the Making a Difference in the Community category, celebrating her commitment to supporting individuals to achieve their goals. Chelsey also achieved finalist status in the Act of Kindness category, recognising her willingness to provide emergency respite support over Christmas, alongside the additional resources and communication strategies she creates to enhance the lives of the people we support and their families and carers.
