The people we support at Swallowdale have recently taken up archery, and it’s quickly becoming a favourite activity! Everyone has loved having the opportunity to try something new, learning the basics of the sport while developing their focus, coordination and confidence.
There have been plenty of smiles, encouragement and friendly competition as everyone has celebrated their progress and cheered each other on. It’s been fantastic to see new skills being discovered and confidence growing with every session.
We can’t wait to see everyone continue to improve and enjoy this exciting new hobby!
