Support Worker – Adult Skills, Toynton All Saints, near Spilsby

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our Adult Skills provision. The successful applicant will be motivated, enthusiastic and flexible in their outlook, which will enable them to support the development of individuals’ personal, social and transferable work skills. All applicants should have excellent communication skills and experience of, or an interest in, working with adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. Due to the complex needs of some of our clients, the provision of personal care will be an element of the job role.

The post is for 21 hours per week on a permanent basis.
