Valerie joined Linkage in January 2016 to head up the organisation, after spending 15 years at the Lincolnshire housing association, Acis. She started there as company accountant and progressed to Finance Director before taking the top job. Outside of work, she has served as a trustee of the Samaritans nationally and is currently a listening volunteer for the charity. Valerie is also a trustee of the Cory Environmental Trust (Lincoln) and a governor of Gainsborough Academy.
Human Resources and Support Services Director
David has been a director since 2005. He came to Linkage in 1995 with a background in the wood trades, building industry and the management of park home production. His previous Linkage roles include woodwork instructor and Occupational & Recreational Services Manager. He holds carpentry & joinery qualifications, an adult teaching certificate, a diploma in strategic management and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Finance & Procurement Director
Keith joined Linkage in June 2010. He has worked in publicly-funded/not-for-profit organisations for over 18 years and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCIMA).
Care Services Director
One of the founders of Linkage, Rex joined from local authority Social Services, having been a specialist social worker for mental health/dysfunctional families. Rex has been at Linkage since 1976 and assumed responsibility for the development of post-college care services in 1992.
