Senior ICT Technician, Grimsby

You will be responsible for the provision of desktop, infrastructure and application support services across our sites throughout Greater Lincolnshire. To succeed in this role, you will provide technical expertise in multiple support disciplines, including:

• Desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices including Windows 7, 10, iOS and Android Operating Systems
• User/Device management (Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Infrastructure support including Mitel IP Telephony, Microsoft Hyper-V/Server 2012 Server, Sophos, HP and Cisco networking appliances (Switches, Firewall, WI-FI)
• The day-to-day functioning of business applications (on premise and cloud based)
• Departmental and office moves/changes

Ideally with a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, a full driving licence will also be essential.
