HR Assistant, Spilsby

Due to relocation we are looking to recruit a new HR team, to be based at our Toynton Hall head office near Spilsby.

The whole team will be involved in providing HR expertise across the organisation, supporting an effective recruitment and selection service, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the employment life cycle, HR policies and procedures, and ensuring all personnel administration documentation and procedures work effectively.

To be a successful candidate for the HR Assistant role, you will have excellent administration skills, and experience of working in a busy office environment; it would be of benefit to have worked in a HR environment, but this is not essential.
