HR Advisor, Spilsby

Due to relocation we are looking to recruit a new HR team, to be based at our Toynton Hall head office near Spilsby.

The whole team will be involved in providing HR expertise across the organisation, supporting an effective recruitment and selection service, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the employment life cycle, HR policies and procedures, and ensuring all personnel administration documentation and procedures work effectively.

To be our successful candidate for the HR Advisor role, you will have previous experience of working in an HR department, and be able to travel county-wide to deliver HR services. You will also ideally hold a CIPD Certificate in Personnel / HR Practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a ‘first step’ from HR Assistant / Administrator into a practitioner’s role.
