Two choirs came together to raise money for Linkage and gave a group of people with learning disabilities a unique platform.
Louth Male Voice Choir and Linkage Voices, based at Toynton All Saints near Spilsby, joined forces for one night at Louth Methodist Church on Friday 11th December, in an event which raised around £1,000 for Linkage’s Employment Services programme.
Together they sung “Silent Night”, as shown in the video. Separately, the Voices performed their trademark “Reach”, plus festive numbers such as “White Christmas” and “12 Days of Christmas”.They impressed the Louth Male Voice Choir by using colourful props in their two sets.
The Louth choir’s repertoire included “Angels” and a selection from “Les Miserables”.
The concert is expected to be repeated in 2016.
