Linkage sponsors a dedicated football league across Lincolnshire which encourages players with disabilities to become involved in competitive sport.

Linkage began its sponsorship of the Lincolnshire Football Association programme in the 2013/4 season by supporting the national Disability Football Development Fund. It also includes football coaching at Linkage’s Toynton All Saints and Grimsby sites.

The league operates on a festival basis where teams come to venues across Lincolnshire during the season. The results from each festival are collated to produce league tables and winners. The teams are put into divisions due to their ability and not their disability.

The sides which take part are:

Boston United Positive Pilgrims
Midtown FC – Gainsborough
Grimsby Town Disabilities FC
Lincoln City Disabilities FC
Orby All Stars
Scunthorpe United DFC
West Marsh Tigers, Grimsby
Linkage United, Spilsby
